I'm a food writer and Plant-Based/Healthy Food Specialist, researcher and hunter of spices and new flavours with an insatiable love of photography and travel.

I'm grew up in a small town in the South of Italy, characterised by its warmth, colour richness and genuine flavoursThis land has been a great source of inspiration in my life, a place with a valuable culinary tradition. I have beautiful memories from my childhood: the aroma of homemade sweets; the smell of fresh spices; the flavour of jams made with wild fruits... 

 

I'm passionate about creating fresh, delicious low-fat plant-based meals. My specialty is making it effortless for clients to enjoy healthy home-cooked dinners made with pure ingredients, bursting with nutrition, variety, color, and flavour.
