Natureat is a project launched in 2013
by vegan and natural food passionate Patrizia Saccente, inspired in food and
ingredients in its purest form, which blends colours, emotions, aromas
and flavours from its native land: ‘La Puglia’, in the south of Italy.
Natureat provides vegan traditional Italian
recipes with a modern twist, all ingredients are veg and organic, using locally grown vegetables and whole foods, rather then refined, processed and commercial foods.
Patrizia believes that by eating like this, people will be happier, healthier and live in harmony with other people and their environment.
Its philosophy reflects the idea
of nurture and love yourself linked together in a healthy way.
